We divide these products in 2 categories :

ESSENTIAL OILS : concentrated essences obtained from flower, fruit, roots and leaves squeezed and passed through distillation.

AROMAS : Compositions of oils and aromatic substances, properly created to reproduce a special product (ex. Panettone, Butter etc.)

NATURALS : aroma made of at least 92 % of fruit, root, herbs extract.

NATURAL IDENTICAL : aroma synthetized in laboratory, chemically identical to naturals.

ARTIFICIALS : not allowed by Italian Law in food sector.
