LA NUOVA TRADIZIONE SRL includes traditional brands such as Vergani, Pizzolotto, Misura, and CGI Flavours specialists in the production of confectionery products, cake fillings, alcoholic soaking media, and flavours; this completing the scope of LA NUOVA TRADIZIONE, and making it open and productive all year round. The goal is to produce and distribute top level confectionery products, both in terms of the raw materials used, and of the semi-industrial type of production which favours quality over quantity. So much so that our products, although concentrates, can be considered produced by artisans with the careful choice of ingredients, but additionally with the manufacturing technology, that we have developed over the years as a large company.
